If you have any questions about the inspection or  your report, we're only a telephone call away! The Inspection Report:

The  defining part of a home inspection is the quality of the report  provided to the home buyer. The Quality Home Inspection report is a  narrative style report that is specific to the home you are purchasing.  Any issues found during the inspection are properly described, and the  report is illustrated with pictures taken during the inspection. Your  report can be emailed to you, picked up by you on line, or printed and  mailed to you. We are proud to utilize the HomeGauge reporting system,  the premier inspection report in the industry.

Additional Types of Inspections we offer:

Wind Mitigation Inspections; These inspections use a specific state approved form and are used  to determine the construction of the home for insurance purposes, and  may qualify the homeowner for a discounted insurance premium.  The wind  mitigation report with required photographs is sent out via email in PDF  format the day of the inspection to you and/or your insurance  agent.   The wind mitigation report appears at the end of your whole  house inspection report if you have a wind mitigation performed with  your whole house inspection.

4 Point Inspections;  These  inspections are performed for insurance purposes to determine the age  and condition of  the roof, plumbing, electrical and heating/air  conditioning systems.  These are usually requested by insurance  companies for homes 20 years and older.  The report is sent to you  and/or your agent the day of the inspection in PDF format, and includes  the required pictures.

Roof Certification Forms; Commonly  called a "Citizens roof condition certification form", these forms are  used to provide an opinion to your insurer about the age, condition and  the remaining life of the roof covering.  These are generally required  on homes over 15 years of age by Citizens insurance.  These forms are  emailed to you and/or your agent the day of the inspection in PDF  format.
